Concept Project Management Services Limited (CPMS) was formed in 2000 to provide specialist construction project management services to the Retail Sector. We are independent and pride ourselves on working exclusively to fulfill the needs of our clients in terms of insight, delivery and value.

Our mission is to provide an excellent bespoke seamless service tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

Leading Landlords, Shopping Centre, High Street and Retail Park companies have all sought our services, and our client base has grown year on year, based on the quality of service we provide.

Since formation we have helped our clients build, fit-out, re-fit, extend and sub-divide approximately 630 stores ranging from 500 sq.ft. to 50,000 sq.ft. This amounts to a total area of 6.3 Million sq.ft we have project managed on behalf of our clients.

We are based in Wrotham in Kent with junctions to both the M20 and M26 within half a mile of our Office, providing good road links. We also enjoy good rail links, with frequent services to London Victoria via Borough Green and Wrotham Station. Our location provides excellent access to Gatwick, City and Stansted Airports and the Channel Tunnel.
