CPMS is formed of a diverse team of Project Managers, Designers and Computer Aided Design (CAD) experts, with a wealth of experience ranging from single projects to multiple roll-out developments or refurbishments.
We have formed deep and lasting relationships with many major retailers and are seen as their project managers of choice for ‘insight, delivery and value’.
We are also experienced in bringing together and working with professional teams, comprising commercial agents, planning consultants, architects, quantity surveyors, legal advisers, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers as well as principal contractors. We also work closely with clients’ existing consultants to provide ‘added value’ and specialist knowledge for specific projects.
We have worked closely with Landlords on helping to increase the value and return from their retail parks through being retained as retail park project managers, the development of mezzanine floors, extensions, sub-divisions and park enhancement projects.
More recently we have been able to offer Energy Performance Certification and expertise in improving the energy efficiency of sites (including the provision of alternative energy sources).
CPMS has undertaken projects throughout the UK and across Europe.
