<li>Controlled premises closure (eg dealing with all utilities and security issues, analysis of any health and safety issues, asbestos surveys) and liaison with the Landlord. <br />

<li>Preparation of an EPC and associate recommendation report (needed for marketing). Our qualified energy assessors can perform these assessments and issue the EPC and Report.</li>
