
During the last 3 years we have project managed the fit-out of some 160 new stores or major re-fits. We project managed the implementation of over 50 concessions within stores, 15 full mezzanine schemes and one complete re-development of a site. This represents nearly 2 million sq.ft. of development.
In addition we have project managed a myriad of other extensions, sub-divisions and re-cladding projects.
We have recently started to provide Energy Performance Certificates for major Landlords.

Go Outdoors
Within the last 18 months we have rolled out 12 new Go outdoor stores including agreeing schedule of dilapidation through to hand over to client for stock in. Average contract value £900,000.
Carpetright
Within last 18 months we have completed full project management of relocating 15 existing units. Fitting out 10 new units and roll out of 150 bed concessions.
Newmark Property Investments
Colindale - £1.3 Million sub-division/ refurbishment of existing retail park. Worksop - Construction of new standalone unit of 4500 Sq.Ft. with 2500 Sq.Ft.
mezzanine. Contract value £500,000.
British Land
Refurbishment of former land of leather unit on behalf of Britsh Land for Pets at Home. Contract value £300,000.
TPS Property’s
Rugby - Extension to existing unit of 4000 Sq.Ft for Maplins. Contract value of £450,000. Construction of 3 new pod units (started on-site May 20th). Contract
Value of £550,000.
